
Tina M. Mays focuses her practice on estate planning, wills, trusts, and estates, probate and trust administration law. Tina is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. She is also a member of the Charlotte County Bar Association, Charlotte County Estate & Tax Planning Council, member and seminar leader of Women Taking Control, a Financial Workshop for Women, a Leadership Charlotte alumni and a past Director of the Rotary Club of Murdock.
Tina earned her Bachelor of Arts cum laude in 1995 from Rhode Island College and received her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island in 2000. Tina was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 2001 and to practice in Florida in 2004. Tina, a lifelong Rhode Island and Massachusetts resident, moved to Florida in 2002 and currently lives in North Port with her husband, Frank Waller, and dogs, Whippet and Max. Tina and Frank are members of Murdock Baptist Church.
