Tina M. Mays

Tina M. Mays focuses her practice on estate planning, wills, trusts, estates, probate and trust administration law. She is a shareholder of Mizell & Mays Law Firm, P.A.  Tina is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, a member of the Charlotte County Bar Association and a founding member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Division of the Charlotte County Bar Association.

Tina is a member and past president of the Charlotte County Estate Planning Council, member and past president of Business and Professional Women of Charlotte County, and is a former member of the Harbor Professionals Chapter of BNI.  Tina is a Graduate of Leadership Charlotte Class of 2007, a past Director of the Rotary Club of Murdock and is a charter member of Women Taking Control, a Financial Workshop for Women.

Tina earned her Bachelor of Arts cum laude in 1995 from Rhode Island College and received her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2000.  Tina was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 2001 and to practice in Florida in 2004.  Tina, a lifelong Rhode Island and Massachusetts resident, moved to Florida in 2002 and resides in Punta Gorda.
